STEPHEN MCCANN - MANAGING PARTNER
I started my journey in the recruitment industry nearly 20 years ago. Moving to London I joined a global firm in the heart of Mayfair – Harvey Nash. Specializing in Account Management, I honed my skills in cultivating long-lasting relationships and recognizing the value of tailored recruitment solutions. Relocating to Dubai in 2009, I have since collaborated with a diverse range of regional and multinational companies for the past 14 years.
My expertise lies in the realm of Digital, Fintech and Enterprise, where I excel in providing exceptional value at the mid-senior level. By undertaking 'search' assignments for renowned industry brands, I have successfully sourced top-tier talent on a global scale, spanning from North America to Australasia. Operating within the nuances of the industry, I understand how to decipher the subtle distinctions between decision makers and company cultures, skilfully matching these intricacies with potential candidates.
My approach is characterized by navigating the shades of grey, adeptly interpreting the unique requirements of both clients and candidates. I possess the ability to engage individuals who may not yet realise that their next career move is just a conversation away.
I hail from the North of England and I married a Southerner, maybe now I can justify being a Man Utd fan. We have 2 amazing children and hope to call Dubai our home for many years to come. I also hope to master golf, let's see.

ADAM BLAKE - MANAGING PARTNER
With over 17 years of experience in technology sector recruitment, I initiated my career in London with Harvey Nash, a prominent global technology recruitment firm.
In 2009, I made a strategic move to Dubai, where I continued networking within the technology domain. My focus shifted towards Sales/Marketing and mid-senior technical permanent recruitment.
In 2015, in collaboration with my business partner Stephen, established Insignia with the primary goal of delivering a dedicated, long-term service to clients. Recognized as a trusted advisor in Networking/Cyber Security and Cloud Computing Infrastructure, I provide valuable insights and market intelligence from both local and global perspectives.
Over the past eight years, Insignia has experienced organic growth, expanding into diverse technology sectors such as Digital Media, Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure, Fintech, and Digital Consulting.
I am an enthusiastic sportsman, with football being my greatest passion. I am a devoted supporter of the greatest football team, Everton Football Club. Married with three children, all born and raised in the UAE, I take pride in calling this place home.
